How to get the warranty
Buy a Pick 5 or more. At five services and up we add a protective coating and an anti-allergen treatment to the surfaces we clean, and that protection is what activates your 6-month warranty. Beyond five, each additional service is $99 and every fifth one is free, which works out the same as stacking another bundle. The warranty still applies either way.
Pick 5 is any 5 services for $399, mixed and matched across the eligible menu: carpet, area rugs, upholstery, mattresses, tile and grout, and wood or LVT floors. The 6-month warranty covers the soft surfaces among your picks: carpet, upholstery, area rugs, and mattresses.
What’s not covered
So the promise stays honest, the warranty applies only to the soft surfaces above. It does not cover:
- Pet urine and pet accidents. These need our dedicated P.U.R.T.® (Professional Urine Removal Treatment) — ask us about it separately.
- Hard surfaces: tile, grout, stone, granite, hardwood, and LVT, VCT, or linoleum floors.
- Pre-existing stains, permanent stains, or fiber damage present before or at the time of cleaning.
- Bleach, dye, or color loss.
- Blood, vomit, and feces.
- Damage from improper cleaning methods.
- Water or flood damage.
- Surfaces not cleaned by Chem-Dry.

Which surfaces are covered?

Are pet stains covered?
No. Pet urine and pet accidents are handled by our specialized P.U.R.T.® treatment, which targets and breaks down urine at the source. The Stain-Free Warranty does not cover pet urine.
Does it cost extra?
No. The protective coating and anti-allergen treatment that activate the warranty are included at no additional charge once you are at a Pick 5 or more.
