- Inspect, dry dust out the pounds of soil a rug holds, submerge it in water with cleaner, rinse, dry, and finish the fringe.

What kind of rugs can you clean? Does it work for wool or silk?
We clean a wide range of area rugs, including synthetic, wool, silk, cotton and other natural or blended fibers, and we match the method to the rug’s material, construction and condition.
Can you clean delicate or antique rugs without damaging them?
Yes. We use gentle, effective methods that protect the colors, fibers and detail of a valuable rug. For a heirloom or hand-knotted piece, the in-plant clean is usually the better choice.
How often should I get my area rugs professionally cleaned?
Every 12 to 18 months for most homes, sooner with heavy foot traffic or pets.
What can I do at home between cleanings?
Vacuum regularly, rotate the rug so it wears evenly, and deal with spills right away.
