Top Rated Carpet Cleaner in Short Pump
Carpet Cleaning in Short Pump
-
Short Pump is part of the Chem-Dry of Richmond and Williamsburg service area, and our technicians are in western Henrico homes every week. We clean in Wyndham, Twin Hickory, Grey Oaks, Wellesley, Bacova, Foxhall and West Broad Village, along Pouncey Tract Road, Broad Street and Interstate 64.
Most of Short Pump was built in a twenty year stretch, so a lot of the carpet here went in around the same time. Two-story colonials with open foyers, carpeted bonus rooms and long staircases are the norm. We see worn paths up the stairs, dull hallways outside the bedrooms, and family rooms where the sectional gets more use than anything else in the house.
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction uses about 80% less water than typical steam cleaning, so nothing sits damp in a big upstairs carpet. Floors dry in 1 to 2 hours, which means practice, homework and dinner can carry on the same evening.
Carpet cleaners you can trust, at a fair price
What Short Pump homeowners tell us they want: a clean they can see, a price they understood up front, and a crew that treated the house like their own.
-
Clear pricing before we start. No bait and switch, no surprise line items at the door.
-
IICRC certified technicians who show up on time and take real care with your furniture and floors.
-
Our core cleaner, The Natural®, is EPA Safer Choice certified, fragrance free and uses no soaps or detergents, so there is no sticky residue left behind to pull dirt back in.
-
Your satisfaction is the job. If something is not right, tell us and we will make it right.
For the busiest rooms in the house
Short Pump homes work hard, from the front stairs to the bonus room over the garage.
-
Stairs, landings and upstairs hallways get focused attention, because that is where carpet in a two-story house wears first.
-
Upholstery cleaning for the sectional, the playroom couch and the dining chairs that see every meal.
-
The Natural® is EPA Safer Choice certified and fragrance free, with no soaps or detergents left behind to attract new dirt.
-
Pet accidents are handled with P.U.R.T.®, our Professional Urine Removal Treatment, which goes after the source of the odor.

Hot Carbonating Extraction uses about 80% less water than typical steam cleaning, so carpets are usually dry in 1 to 2 hours, not 1 to 2 days.
-
Less water also means less risk of the mildew smell that can follow a soaking, which matters in a humid Short Pump summer.
